Requirements for Guarantee Eligibility

• Your company must be spending at least $5,000 a month in online advertising.
• You agree to a one time, non-refundable campaign clean up fee of $500.
• Optional: we highly suggest building and testing banner ads - one time fee of $250 for 10 new banners
• If your campaign is larger than 1,000 keywords, and/or has more than 50 ads, the one-time clean up fee could be more.
• You agree to give us 90 days to improve your campaign. We find that this is an adequate period to prove positive results.
• If we are not successful in producing more conversions for less advertising cost, we will refund all management fees, period.
